"We could work on a different design to fit your needs at a budget price if you would like. Do you have a budget you want to stick with? I offer an option to my customers that is custom specific to your taste and specifications. I would create a custom designed piece for your desired location, to fit the area to specific details. I could incorporate many materials in each piece, and with this option we can accent your direction for the room to your needs. All I would need to get started on this type of contract, is a picture or list of whats currently in the room, or you idea. With a view of what the room looks like, I will be able to get my wheels turning for design options that I believe will fit, I will have them sketched out, you will approve after consulting with me, Then the build process will begin after your final approval.
